Returns & Refund Policy

 

We want you to love your HavenlyGlow purchase. If something isn't right, you can return most unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

 

How to start a return

Email us at jenniferkandjii@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you return instructions and the return address within 1-2 business days.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email of the approval status. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

 

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping cost.

 

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, personal care and skin-contact items (such as masks, massagers, and therapy devices) cannot be returned once used or if the protective seal has been broken, unless the item is defective.

 

Return shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
