Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping rates and delivery times

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 CAD. Orders under $50 CAD are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 5-12 business days depending on your location, after your order has shipped.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress.

International shipping

We currently ship within Canada and the United States. If your country isn't listed at checkout, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Delays

While we do our best to meet the estimates above, occasional delays can happen due to carrier volume, customs, or weather. We'll keep you updated if your order is significantly delayed.
